Form: registration for module examinations (free elective modules and additional modules that are not listed in the self-service portal)
Replacement student card
Application for deregistration
The deregistration notes (university library and faculty) must be obtained by the student themselves. The completed and signed deregistration form must be uploaded to the University portal TUBAF.
