We have implemented new functionalities in the and made a few small adjustments.
New functions: Personal data
Subject access request
In the "Subject access request" tile, you will find a list of your personal data as well as details of the email system used and the existing email alias addresses.
In addition, we also list the contract data here. Members with multiple contracts will find the exact details for all of them.
Manage contracts
You can set the currently active contract via "Manage contracts" if there are multiple and currently valid contracts. Switching between contracts is important if members have the status of employee and student in order to be able to transmit the required attribute during authentication.
Sick note
We have integrated the portal for eAU sickness notifications into the service portal.
Further adjustments
The display of the "First and last name" has been added to the user ID after "Logged in as".
Icons have been added to "Data transfer to third parties" under "Current settings" in order to be able to record the current status more quickly.
